At Biodance US Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your Better Formula for Better Glow products as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You must initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals and labels intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Opened or used products.

    • Products that are not in their original condition.

    • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • The name of the product(s) you wish to return.

    • The reason for your return.

  3. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with the return shipping address and specific instructions.

  4. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Important: Please do not send your return back to us without first contacting customer service. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Inspection: We will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility conditions (unused, unopened, in original packaging).

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by our error.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund (following the steps above) and then placing a new order for the desired item.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging your items, but occasionally mistakes happen or products get damaged in transit.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged (broken container, leaked product)

  • Defective (product does not function as intended)

  • Incorrect (you received the wrong item)

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo or video showing the damage or defect (if applicable).

  3. A brief description of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the approved processing time (5-10 business days), please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
